Cartrack Miss Treating its Costumers

These guys are so quick into debiting money from peoples account but never keep their end of a agreement, i lost my car last year and i have informed and made arrangements with them but none was done the violated our agreement i even have mails from the consultant but they still going into my account debiting me for a unit i don't even know. i have lunched a legal pursuit on them
