Cartrack misinformation

Got repeated calls on contract renewal now that it is due expire at the end of 2025 only to be told that another year was added after it was initially agreed to upgrade on the device which attracted the R299 premium over a two year contract. I was told that a early settlement fee would apply of R2500, which i refuse to accept and considering that the catrack device stopped working months ago!
