Cartrack ****mers

I bought three untis which were installed. Then after 1 month, I decided to trade my vehcile in for another. I advised the sales person that this is what I have done and he said he would arrange for the new installation to be done. Then I descovered the unit in the vehcile I no longer have is still active and also found out that it was supposed to be removed and re-fitted. I tried to solve this amicably but not even the manager has bothered phoning me. It seems that I now have 4 contracts and if i get service like this in the beginning, I have no hope for the next three years of the duration of the contracts.

I would not recommend car track to anyone even if they are value for money. Rather pay a bit more nad get the service you pay for.
