Cartrack Managment less !

Cartrack tracking company are terrible, after several e mails, web mail, over twenty WhatsApp messages and several telephone calls asking for a manager to contact me regarding an issue I have on my account, I still haven't received a name or a number, the care line should be changed to don't care line, the accounts department are rude, robotic and simply threw the phone on when I asked to speak to a manager? I would not recommend Cartrack, very disappointing and unprofessional !!
