Cartrack Management and Services are VERY BAD, Stay Away.

I would like to warn everyone who is looking at installing a tracking devices in their cars to go VERY FAR AWAY from Cartrack. This company has a very bad services. 1. They will sell something you didn't ask for 2. After you realize that what they gave you is not what you ask they keep on promising to call you but you will never receive a call from them. The sad part is you will continuing paying for something you didn't ask. They will say you have 3 days to cancel the installation if you not happy with the services but believe me they will take you from one pillar to another. every time you call you speak to a different consultant and all of them will make an empty promises 'a) We will cal you back', b)'We waiting for the recording c) ' Your query is escalated to management and they will call you shortly'. I install a tracking devices on the 19/12/2018, have been speaking to different consultant from 21/12/2018 until today they have been promising that they will call back. Consultant names: Mpho, Gabriel, Christiana, Karsten, Sindiswa, Fleza or Aleza to name a few.
