Cartrack made an appointment on installation for 12 am yesterday and after several calls made to the operator, By 14:00 I phoned Cartrack and they could not locate their technician, If cartrack csnnot even track their installers, I’m convinced I don’t want their devices close to my vechiles, It is now almost 20 hours later and not a single call back from car track, I end up cancelling the installation. Car Track is not on point with their customer service, I strongly recommend all potential customers to stay away from Car Track as a vechile tracking service option
