Cartrack *******ly installed tracker on my car

Cartrack allowed a third party to install a tracking device on my car without my knowledge or consent— a blatant violation of my privacy. They didn't ask for proof of ownership of the car before agreeing to install a tracker

Their communication was terrible. Emails were ignored, responses were slow, and my clear request to keep everything in writing was deliberately disregarded. The agent was argumentative and rude.

Worse, they refused to remove the tracker, prioritizing their contract with a third party over my rights as the vehicle owner, and my rights to privacy. They only acted when I threatened to report them to the Information Regulator.

Completely unacceptable behavior. Terrible ********* company. Avoid them.
