Cartrack *******ly Debited My Account – Stay Away!

Cartrack’s conduct is completely unacceptable. They called me claiming I had an outstanding amount, which was strange because my account was fully up to date. I requested a detailed statement explaining where these extra charges came from before making any payment.

I explicitly informed them that they are NOT authorized to debit my account until I received this statement. Despite this, Cartrack debited my account without my approval, which is unauthorized, *********, and borders on *****.

If this is how Cartrack treats its customers, I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and rather use a company that follows proper legal processes instead of taking money without consent.
