Cartrack lost the plot
Very disappointed how inefficient Cartrack contact centre, specifically their scheduling dept is. Been trying to reach their Durban office for more than a day and after numerous calls have decided to call it quits. Impossible to reach someone and after being promised by their head office thag someone senior will reach me a day ago still no call..... Poor poor non existant service
