Cartrack listed a Default on my ITC profile for cancelling my service after an accident and vehicle written off...they demand a cancellation fee from me.

Had an accident in the evening, the car was written off...my insurance informed Cartrack because they wanted detailed trip report for the day the accident happened, meaning there's no way that the accident didn't happen. To my surprise Cartrack demand that I pay R3580 cancellation fee for cancelling their service when I don't even have the car anymore. Today I was informed that Cartrack listen a Default on my ITC profile for the cancellation fee which they are demanding...for a vehicle which was involved in an accident and written off.

I mean if...let's say I didn't cancel the Cartrack service, I wanted it to continue... What will they be tracking? Because I don't have the car anymore😏😏😏. Why must I not cancel when I don't have the car, why am I handed over to pay for a cancellation fee for a vehicle I don't have anymore... what's the point of not cancelling? I'll definitely take this further. Cartrack is a ****.

They insisted on continuing to provide me with the service... like they will provide service on which vehicle, because the vehicle has been written off.
