Cartrack Limited Recovery Warranty department Worst department ever, Playing mind games and they are ****

Cartrack worst service ever, this is my third review complaining about one thing, on March I submitted a claim regarding my ****** vehicle it took them 3 months (23 June 2025) to respond and my claim was declined then I disputed cause their reasons to decline my claim was not valid, then they escalated my dispute to their Legal Department even their legal department it took them 3 months (03 October 2025) to respond my claim dispute, saying I have to re submit my claim again cause is valid then I did re submit again my claim, so my problem with this department this is a re-submission so they are going to take another 3 months again to finalize my claim, where else I see some people they submit their claim and within the week the claim is been finalized, so it depends on a skin color how fast they finalize your claim cause for me this is a re-submission so why it taking so long again to finalize my claim.
