Cartrack Limited Recovery Warranty

Cartrack ****med me my polo vivo, they failed to recover it and then now they are telling me that I don't qualify to claim for recovery warranty because I was not calling them on a quarterly basis. However they have been calling me if and when I jumpstart the car or if I switch on carwatch on the app. They called me on the 18th February to renew the same warranty which they are now saying I have breached the contract. The car was ****** just a day after the renewal. Cartrack only wanted my money for the warranty which according to them I have breached the contract. I am so frustrated with their service.
