Cartrack **** to me

So today i decided to test this guys and asked where my car is because iam currently at blackheath and the app shows my car at home and when i called in i was told that at the moment they are struggling with tracking my car and said he will call me back. But when he called back the guy said my car is at woodmead. So iam lost is blackheath in woodmead? I couldnt give me the streets. Disappointed
