CarTrack - Kiss your life goodbye if you install this in your car

If I could give zero stars I would, these guys are absolutely useless. my tracking device is intermittently cutting my vehicle ecu off from the 25 Dec 2021. I have tried countless times to get a tech to come out to assist with a solution/ repair and cannot get any assistance or relief. Vehicle is now parked off and unable to get to work.
