Cartrack - just a pack of vultures with no heart

My husband was involved in the an accident in June, he spent more tha 3 months in hospital, 6 weeks in ICU and 2 of those weeks in a coma. He came home in September. His phone has been off during this time as he suffered a terrible injury which left him unable to work. Last week when he switched on his phone reality hit and we had all these responsibilities to attend to. One of them was Cartrack so I called them and explained the situation. I was given an email address to write to which I did and attached the neurologist’s note declaring my husband disabled up for review next year. The response from Cartrack gutted me because of its coldness. Basically they said sorry this happened to your husband but we want our money. What? I just told you the man can hardly walk let alone work!! He’s barely recovered and all Cartrack cares about is money? No one I know will ever use Cartrack!! If I could I would remove even the one star!!
