I contacted Cartrack via whatsapp to check my balance with them and received the following message

Account up to date , further more you have been blacklisted and will be charged an amount of R1800 should you wish to clear your name.

I called in and was told yes my account is up to date but they have a judge against me so I asked how is it possible it doesn’t make sense the lady agreed and said she will take it up and get back to me so I asked for a statement she then said as soon as she ends the call she will send it still haven’t received it

I also asked for them to test the track as the car went for repairs so many times and they didn’t call us once doe removing the battery according to the control room the accounts department flagged my account for non payment so my tracker is not working for who knows how long yet my account is up to date
