Cartrack is worse shame

I took my new vehicle for fitment, they broke some parts on it and they told me it will take them 14 working days to approve payment to replace those parts, after that this company approve payment for future date (2 days). They keep apologising when I contact them.......My new car is still in my garage. Am worried that dealer will also take days to order parts ......**** company shame ...they dont care at all...if you have choice dont give them business.
