Cartrack is very useless
On the 7th of Jan I had a battery problem so my car couldn’t start. I removed the battery and put in a friend’s battery then drove to buy a new one and came back and replaced it but Cartrack didn’t call seeing that my car battery was disconnected. On the 9th I went to their office to report this and they say they will call me to schedule a repair for it. Until today they haven’t called.

The same head office that called me and scheduled the appointment is telling me that the technician if fully booked yet they said I must bring in the car today at 13:00z What the hell is going on? Why are you wasting my time? What is it exactly that I am you paying for?
