Cartrack is usles and *********** please help

I signed up in November 2021 buisness fleet, on call. I was told a contract would be sent to me so I can read through it never got it. I have had a nightmare with them.there phones are constantly not working again today 30.08.2022. 1st problem was 2 weeks installation 2021 on one trucks. No supervise ever came to inspect it as no general technician will touch the truck. We have had 3 vehicles seen to by car trac and every time they work for an hour or more to realise it was the rong car they worked on. Then from Feb 2022 I have been on the fhone to speek to a manager and one to call me back to this day 30.08.22 still waiting. We had one truck written off they want to charge us cancelation fee over 5000rand and when I signed up I was told it wouldn't apply, I have asked for phone recording and still waiting. Then I had to self teach as no tech could help me get the app working on my phone still now some vehicles can not be monitored. I have emailed 3 different people at Cartrack no one has helped. Why must I pay cancelation on a contract I never received and the service is non existent along with the help on the phone lines. I was told 2 managers were released and ive had to start my complaints from the start again. Never ever get cartrack You pay for nothing and you get charged cancelation fees even if you in an accident and there is no service delivery. Can a lawyer of the internet make the shameless they are the worst. Still can't solve my problem till today 30.08.22
