Cartrack is useless shem

I had so much hopein cartrack, m from Bloemfontein and went to limpopo, got hijacked in limpopo when i arrived there, i pressed my panic button 50 times and cartrack didn't pickup even any signal, i tryed to call them 5times and nobody was there to pickup,, thanks to the police in stoffberg they where able to find my car, cartrack answered their phone 2hours later when i already found my and i still had to be put on hold for 5min because the lady was busy speaking about her nails with her friend, i ask her to call me back because my airtime was finished, no she didn't care about that, she continued to ask me useless questions and ended up saying some1 will get back to me which they never did. I give 5 stars to budget Insurance and the police because they where there for me from the beginning to the end, i nearly lost my life in this situation and it couldve been avoided if cartrack where on duty, their tracking devices are always not working or always have faults and i never miss any payment, i wish i knew the lady's name crus, from tomorrow i am no longer their customer, al ask my insurance to put their tracker, i am done with cartrack, nonsense, truely nonsense and m going to tell everyone i come across.
