Cartrack is useless

Cartrack is the most useless car tracking company in SA. I have been paying them for years and never claimed or asked for their help. Today I asked that they locate or recover my bike who the driver has dissappeared with it for 3 weeks. I was first promised to be called back and over an hour later no one called and I had to call to follow up. The guy I got transferred to had the most stinking attitude I have ever seen and only now I am told to open a police case, even to merely locate😏. I am so disappointed that I don't want to ever see my money go to them. Please don't make the mistake too
