Cartrack is useless

I've been trying to cancel my cartrack for the last five weeks. No response, except for emails and calls to say I'm in areas because I reversed the debit orders. Get 10 calls a day about that. But when I tell them I want to cancel it then they say please email me I will assist you. Just for the email not to go through. And when emails go through, they ignore me. Very fast to take your money, but as soon as you want to cancel, then you get no help at all. And every time it's a different person calling you to say your account is in areas.
