Cartrack is useless

I called cartrack to cancel my month to month contract with they said that i must send an email to cancel their contract because my car is not moving the engine is damaged.they cant even locate the vehicle.one of their agent advise me to cancel the contract of which i did but even today they today they still debit the money and its affecting my credit score.i will really appreciate your help
