Cartrack is useless

Iv had car Track for 3 months now and i honestly don't feel like my vehicle is safe with them. Firstly iv been monitoring my car on the fleet management app and it has been showing the same position for a week now. When i called to test my device they told me that the car is at home parked! That time im driving in a different city! Mind you i have geo tagging so i get notified when my vehicle leaves a certain area and Iv left this place 10 times now with no notification! I so so so disgusted! How do i get rid of this useless tracking company?
