Cartrack is UNRELIABLE

Hellopeter I am currently paying R240.79 for my car's tracking device installed by cartrack and I should be able to see my car's location on the app but this is not the case. The whole of lastyear I haven't been able to locate my car with the app and when I contacted cartrack, they keep promising to call back and they never do! They even promised to send their technicians but they never came through! Right now they are busy telling me to pop out R600 or to sign up for an additional R30 on my monthly premium for them to fix the device. The premium has gone up due to annual increases and ontop of that they want extra money to fix a problem that could have been looked into during my 12 months warranty period! So the whole of 2020, I've been paying R240.79 monthly (NOT MISSING ANY PAYMENTS) But all for nothing because the tracking device isn't working!!!
