Cartrack is Trash!!!

I signed up with Car track in 2013 with my very first vehicle. I must admit in the beginning Cartrack was amazing. Things went sideways in August 2018 when I purchased a new vehicle. I called them and asked for them to transfer the device into the new vehicle. The lady I spoke to mentioned that the device was outdated and that a new device would be installed into the car and guaranteed me that because I had been a client for that long, I would not be charged for the transfer. The following month the bill came and I was charged R850 for the new unit over and above the regular premium (R120). When I disputed I was told it would be credited. Fast forward to December 2018, I got into an accident and my car got written off. I called to notify Cartrack about this accident and to cancel and Cartrack did not cancel my policy with them. they continued to debit me all throughout 2019 I kept calling and nothing was happening. I decided to cancel the debit order and they started calling to harass me regarding the premium. I spoke to many agents and they were saying that I did not cancel and I kept asking for call records dating back to 2018 so I can have evidence of the 1. cancellation and 2. the incorrect billing that I was not credited for. To date, I still have not received the call records and they sent me an email mentioning that they are going to Blacklist me. One credit controller by the name La Keisha M*@ery guaranteed me that she will get all the call records and she will thoroughly investigate has not done so and a year has passed.

This is very low for Cartrack, pure incompetence.
