Cartrack is Trash

I had a tracker installed on my vehicle in 2021 September, and I have never missed paid car track, all my payments were up to date with the Cartrack. I would check my unit randomly. and also would view the app and I would see that the car is always in the correct location. on the month of November 2022, I got hijacked as I got to my grandmother's house, they took me with them and kept me for hours and as soon as I was released I immediately got helped and called car track informing them of the event that took place on the day/night and also provided them with the last location of my phone since they were not able to track my car, then they asked for documents that I provided then they took 5months to tell me that they won't pay my warranty because I did check my unit and I missed payments of which that's a lie and I have proof on my side that the account was up to date and my unit was working correctly based on the report that they sent me. they intentionally do not want to pay my claim. While I was a loyal paying client.
