Cartrack is to be avoided

This company is ***********, they dont respond to complaints but always threaten you. I sent proof of payment emails to more than three addresses (their customer service dept and three employees). rather than acknowledging receipt, four days later i get a threatening letter. To make matters worse, I was forced to take the contract cos I bought my car through one of their sister companies. My complaints to them about freed of choice fell on deaf ears.
