Cartrack is the worst tracking company!!!!!!!

I am a very upset customer. A while ago I have been trying to track my vehicle on my pc and phone (using the Cartrack App) and still have no joy. When I phoned a while back, I tried to speak to a consultant and was sent from one department to another, and wasted most of my airtime in the process. Tonight, my daughter was driving ALONE and got stuck, and I could not track her at all. So... Cartrack, You can remove your trash from my vehicle on your cost as I have never worked with a more *********** company. I was promised the moon and stars, but when you phone, nobody has an answer and just passes the buck. You are welcome to contact me to make arrangements to remove it on your costs as it is negligence from your side.
