Cartrack is the worst tracking company

Today is the 2nd appointment I made with cartrack in a week to install. This is the 2nd time that they have failed to pitch, same pattern no return calls or anything. I called in 30min before the appointment and they cant get a hold of a technican. All senior management and team leads are awol including the technicans. Seriously cartrack, 2 times in a row you cant follow through with an installation. I will be calling client services to cancel all my existing services. My advice to anyone considering cartrack, stay far away.
