Cartrack IS THE WORST ....DONT USE THEM!!

They are unequivocally the worst tracking company out there. My insurance mandated that I install two tracking devices, making it clear that without them, my vehicle would not be covered. Despite complying, my vehicle was ****** and has not been recovered. I am taking this matter up with all major insurance companies. This was a private vehicle, and they explicitly guaranteed R100,000 if the vehicle was not recovered. When I pressed them on this guarantee, they once again resorted to excuses. I will also be sharing my experience on major vehicle-related Facebook sites to warn others against using their systems.

Reviewer Update
To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally escalate a critical matter regarding the unresolved guarantee payout under our contractual agreement, which has been handled with unacceptable negligence and procedural failure.Per the terms of our contract, the guarantee payout was stipulated to be processed within two months. Despite my compliance with all stipulated requirements, I have now endured an unreasonable delay of three months without resolution. Upon finally receiving correspondence from Mr. Johan Smith, Manager, I was informed that my claim was rejected due to an alleged failure to submit within the 30-day window. This assertion is categorically false.I have provided documented evidence demonstrating that:
  1. My initial inquiry was submitted well within the 30-day period, as contractually mandated.
  2. Your team erroneously directed correspondence to an unregistered email address, despite my account explicitly listing three verified contact emails. This administrative error constitutes a breach of your obligations to communicate via agreed-upon channels.
Despite furnishing irrefutable proof of these discrepancies, your organization has opted to dismiss my claim without due diligence and has now escalated this matter to your Legal Department—a decision I interpret as a deliberate avoidance of accountability.Let this serve as formal notice that I will pursue all available avenues to rectify this breach of contract, including but not limited to:
  • Escalation to relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Legal action to recover owed funds and associated damages.
  • Notification to industry oversight bodies and major stakeholders regarding your company’s failure to adhere to contractual and ethical standards.

This matter has severely undermined my confidence in your organization’s professionalism and integrity. I trust this escalation compels you to address it with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.Sincerely,
