Cartrack is the worst car tracking company ever

I strongly urge drivers to look at this company - I have been paying two years for a device that was not installed in my vehicle. I have made countless attempts to get help but nobody was able to. They failed to remove my device from my previous vehicle and even after paying the deinstallation fee and reinstallation fee I still have no device. I think that’s not fair at all despite me paying no action was made. After I cancelled the payment they woke up and started calling me and I wanted a response but none. All they said was I need to pay up my account and they can’t reimburse or extend my contract by the 2 years I’ve paid for without a device. I just feel this is such a low for a company to treat their customers like this. I’m just waiting right now for my contract to finish cause my car is actually safer without them.
