Cartrack is the worst

Cartrack's service really sucks On the 16th Oct 2024 they billed me R870-00 for the removal of my tracking system which was supposed to be installed in my new vehicle. On the 23rd December 24 I spoke with Tammy Gouws who presented herself as my client manager and reminded her that this is still not fitted in the new vehicle. She assured me it she will attend to it. 9 Feb 2025 - To date nothing has been done and no one has made contact with me. This is really unacceptable. They are quick to bill you for any expense but their service sucks What must I do to get the fitment done???
