Cartrack is the WORST!!!!

Cartrack keeps on telling me that I only started my contract with them in 2021. Were I have proof that I already started with them in February 2020 when I bought my bakkie. In April 2021 I sold the bakkie and bought a car. They just transferred everything to the new car. I have not missed any installment since 2020. My 36 contract is coming to an end, and after numerous emails, sending them proof, still they say my contract only started with them in 2021. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee???

I am sorry but your service is pathetic. I will not recommend Cartrack to anyone.
