Cartrack is the worst

I have a year with Cartrack without no claim, 3months ago I got a sms that the device on my car is not working, no call to check if the car was ****** or anything.

I then called them to find out why the device was not working, I was advice I need to pay R600 to get a new working device, told them I would like to cancel as I don't have that kind of money, I was told I need to pay R1 700 for cancellation.

Cartrack is now debiting different amounts in my account without my authorization, they refused to cancel my account and they debit on they dates we didn't agree on.

I hope someone will read this and NO use Cartrack, I have put a stop order on them and have taken the matter to Ombudsmen.
