Cartrack is the PITS!!!

So after finding out that the 125k promise they made lapsed after the term of your contract, I decided I have had enough. I send them an email to cancel (customer service mail). A week goes bye without any acknowledgement so I eventually summon time and money to call. I'm told they don't have my email and I should have called instead of sending an email. Now I'm harassed with at least 10 calls a day and 5 emails demanding a premium for an extra month billing.
