Cartrack is the most pathetic service provider!!!!

Last week I had my TRACKER UNIT replaced after many failed attempts. The unit was finally replaced the 30th April. After the replacement of the unit, my car has been giving me issues caused by the new unit installed. I called Tracker on 3 occasions but to date no one has called me or come to rectify the problem. This I find is unacceptable. CARTRACK should take responsibility for their actions. I no longer wish to have CARTRACK as my service provider....I want CARTRACK to immediately remove the unit and get my car working as it was before the unit was installed...CARTRACK is a pathetic service provider who do not look after their clients and I strongly suggest that nobody deal with them because they will experience the same appalling service....Neal Thuppiah
