Cartrack is terrible.

These guys are a joke, I can’t believe a company can do business like this. I’am waiting 8 days now for ‘n tracker to be installed into a truck of mine. Everyday I phone them and everyday they promise the technician will call me and that never happens. I’m just wondering if one of my vehicles are actually high jacked will it also take them weeks to respond.

The worst thing is that I’ve struggled just as much with my previous truck to get the tracker installed. But if they have you in their contracts is very difficult to get out of it.

This company is a joke(I want to use stronger words than joke but I will keep it civilised!)

Please keep away as far as possible from Cartrack if you only have a small fleet of trucks, they will only frustrate you.
