Cartrack is so *********** and they are ******

I've cancelled a contract with Cartrack, their agent told me that the last debit would go off in Feb and we agreed. I am now being harassed with smses that I am in arrears. When I call in the lady can not tell me what the arrears are for instead she puts me on hold for more than 10min. Your service is terrible!
