Cartrack is ripping us off and they are not honest

My vehicle was ****** in June this year and tracker could not find it until now. I had three vehicle with their tracker installed but none of these vehicles tracker notices when there are approaching cross borders like Lesotho. Tracker promised me to pay the vehicle amount upto R150 000 if they couldn't find it. But to my surprise they wrote me an arrogant email telling me about how they not going to pay. Quoting terms and conditions that were never explained to me. Please share this information with others so that they don't fall victim like me. Tracker is just ripping us off and it's very sad and disappointing.Thank you.
