CARTRACK IS PURELY USELESS!

I am highly disappointed with this company!!! Saturday my battery was removed from my car,my phone was off and they did not send out a vehicle to wherever my car was to check if the car is safe or not.

I call the Fleet division and they take 30 minutes to answer!!

The Fleet Agent just told me that they will only send out a response vehicle ONLY if i call them and report an emergency . ***!? what if i was actually in an emergency and my phone was taken from me?

This tracking device is pointless clearly. Money down the drain!
