Cartrack is pathetic, ***********

BEWARE OF CARTRACK, THEY ARE A ****.I've been requesting my logbooks for the last financial year since 8July 2025. I spoke to 9 agents who keeps dropping my calls, promise to send it, they send the wrong information, they lie. The last agent XOLANI told me he can't give me his manager's name because he doesn't know his manager. Agents I remember speaking to since 8 July are Xolani, Nwabisa, Noqolo, Olwethu, Palesa, Bothladi, Busisiwe, Ntompenhle, Asandi. I was promised that manager's Mr King and Mr Charles will call me but that never happened. I sent watsapp requests but was never assisted. I sent complaints but never received responses. If they can't even help me with a logbook how the hell will theyvtrace my car. CARTRACK IS A JOKE.
