Cartrack is pathetic

Maybe someone can assist me. I have been trying to cancel my Tracking with Cartrack for 2 years. Endless emails and phone calls later, and they are still debiting my account every month. That after they have been charging me double for 1 of my vehicles, admitted to it, promised to pay me back over R4000 and yet, I have not received a refund, but like clockwork they debit my account monthly. The worst experience with a service provider EVER.
