Cartrack is pathetic

Cartrack service is absolutely pathetic and a complete *******,They offer you a unit on a 36 month contract bases but only offer a 12 month warranty on their unit ,so after a year their unit is draining my car battery but its no responsibility of theirs ,A unit they installed is now affecting my electronics of my vehicle but i have to pay for them to send out a technician to replace the unit ,Then after the new unit is installed it only has a 3 month warranty ,What nonsense service is that ,i will be looking at cancelling my service with them because a product of theirs is causing harm to my vehicle but its at my cost ,Help me make that make sense.
