I took out a tracking unit for R149 p/m but these clowns debit R170 p/m. Their sales and marketing is false and misleading. This I am definitely taking to the ombudsman. What makes it worse is that I have managed to get hold of the recording of my contract, but not a single person wants to take responsibility and accountability for their stuff up, instead I keep being tossed from account to client services and to sales.

Such a big entity specializing in ******** people, they sell you a product at a less price and then charge you more when it's month end.
