Cartrack is not worth anyone's time

Car track is a real **** at this point to me. I requested them to test my devices till today i havent recieved a call back its a full month now.i requested a refund of almost 5 months paying for a ****** bike no one ever responded. Yesterday i paid my premium today they deduct again. Iam sick and tired of this unproffesional company. All they do is to reap off our pockets. 4 bikes were ****** none were even recovered. Please return my money and my refund on top
