Cartrack is not transparent they lie

I took the R199 package, been paying due to covid I wanted to reduce to R99 I was told to pay R350 for switching, when I wanted to cancel I was told to pay R2600 for it's a 3year contract, I still have the recording of the call I received when I joined they never told me about a 3 year contract
