Cartrack is not safe to use , our cars are not protected at all

After holding on to speak to someone for over 15 minutes last night ,my calls were dropped several times and when it was finally Answered I spoke to rude human being , I have never being disrespected like that in my whole life.

I am utterly disappointment at the poor quality of service I received from Cartrack last night when I called to report a car theft , the consultant called Matshepo Segone was very unpleasant ,condescending and extremely rule ; she lacks basic customer service skills , doesn’t have empathy and doesn’t listen at all. I felt disrespected and belittled . I ended up not being assisted at all.Take cartrack at your own risk they are not reliable and *************.
