Cartrack is not loyal

I called Cartrack for cancellation of the old device but still continue with the old contract the lady told me it is possible but there will be a penalty 800 + if they using the old device or 1400+ if I don’t have the device that was our agreement today they installed a new device on the new car. Wen I logged int to my bank app I see Cartrack wants to debit for two accounts which is the sold car and the new car something we didn’t agree on all they care about is making sales
