Cartrack is not a good company.

Cartrack is not a good company, they debt twice in a month in July and add a upgrade to my account, they been calling me since August 2025, I asked them to look at their books and correct their mistakes and they haven't done that. Now they want to ruin my credit score based on their mistakes. I have sold my car, now they want me to pay R2400 for selling my car, is that fair?
